This panel explores how women in the building industry can pivot roles, sectors, or career paths without starting from scratch. From project management to sales, field operations to leadership, panelists will share how skills such as communication, problem-solving, relationship-building, and decision-making translate across construction and related industries. 

Attendees will gain insight into recognizing their existing strengths, confidently stepping into new opportunities, and growing their careers by building on their existing experience.
